Lissa Halls Johnson is a book producer for Focus on the Family, writing and editing a variety of projects. She is the creator of the Brio Girls series for which she has written, edited, and attempted to keep her team of writers barely under control. She is currently looking for the fiction book of the century to launch a fiction line at Focus. Formerly on the Adventures in Odyssey creative team, she's the author of 15 novels for teens and the middle-grade reader. She has also written for many periodicals including Brio, Breakaway, Focus on the Family, and Reader's Digest. At the office she torments her co-workers with outrageous questions, flying toys, and generally being a nuisance. When she's not being held captive by her gray cubicle, it's likely she'll be hiking somewhere in the mountains with her dog, Kyna.
