Chuck Bolte graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Education. Upon graduation, he put his teaching career on hold to travel with the Continental Singers, an international Christian organization that produces vocal, instrumental and dramatic performing groups. He toured the United States and Canada leading and performing with a musical comedy team called “Jeremiah People”. After several years on the road, Chuck moved into a national management role. As Vice President, he helped expand the organization's international outreach by establishing offices in the Netherlands, England, Puerto Rico and Australia.

In January of 1988, Chuck accepted the position of Executive Producer of Broadcasting for Focus on the Family, a large non-profit Christian organization located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His responsibilities there included the launching of the highly successful drama series for children called, “Adventures in Odyssey” which continues its popularity today. When promoted to Vice-President, his responsibilities expanded to include oversight of the organization's “Development” and “Film” Division.

Chuck left Focus on the Family in April of 1996 to become President and Chief Operating Officer for Childhelp USA, a national non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse. In December of 2003, Chuck left Childhelp USA to pursue independent interests. In November of 2004, he accepted the position of Sr. Vice President of Creative Services with the Alliance Defense Fund. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, ADF is a legal alliance dedicated to defending the right to hear and speak the Truth in America.

In addition to his administrative roles over the years, Chuck has co-authored four books on the use of drama in the church. He also has written several seasonal dramas and emceed numerous major events including Family Life Today's “I Still Do” conferences, Promise Keeper's stadium rallies and a host of summer music festivals.

Chuck and his wife Soozi have two grown daughters and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
